Mountainsong Expeditions:
Queer-centric Community,
Rugged Skills, and Nature Connection
What We Offer:
- Summer Camps for Transgender Adults
- Classes in Archery, Ax Skills, and more.
- Community & skill-building for radical animist spirituality
- Online courses in Hunting, Archery, and Ax Skills
- Training in Street Medic First Aid to support movements for liberation
- Our sister organization, Dandelion Housing Project, offers affordable Tiny Houses for simple living.
Our programs have their foundation in the principles of queer/trans liberation, decolonization, and feminism. We strive to make our offerings anti-racist and accessible to BIPOC participants (and we are always learning...). We value radical consent, collaboration, and reciprocity with the natural world. Many of our programs are open to all genders, and others are designed for specific gender groups.
Note: We are not currently offering in-person training in the sacred hunt. Please access our online Hunting With Heart course instead.

“All the Mountainsong Expeditions classes I have taken meet each student where they are at, teaching them the skills outlined and much more. The courses and instructors always seem to focus on the deeper meaning of the course material and bring all the participants together as one cohesive group. I’d recommend these courses to anyone!”
